DRILLING OPTIMIZATION
Static Service:
Review of historic data and assess performance issues and drilling problems. Identify improvement areas and provide the operator with a detailed step by step optimization plan. The following scope could be covered by Static service depending on Client’s requirement:
- Review of Pre-Drill Data, BOD, Drilling & Geological Programs
- Review of the DDRs, MLR, Mud Report, Geology Report, Directional DDR, PPFG etc;
- Review of BHA & Bit selection;
- In-depth review of recorded drilling data, detailed assessment of operational and drilling problems;
- Provision of timetable for implementation focusing on easy wins first, plus the cost benefit of the implementation.
Dynamic Service:
Daily support during operations to maximize drilling and operational performance using real time data and offset analysis. This can also include the monitoring and implementation of an agreed optimization plan, Instantaneous feedback of lessons learned and recommendations for the next hole section or well. The following scope could be covered by Dynamic service depending on Client’s requirement:
- Offset well review & project setup
- Technical input into BHA and drilling bits selection
- Prepare MSE graph.
- Monitoring and Review of daily real-time data, Mudlogging, Mud Properties etc
- Live support to maximize drilling performance
- Live support to increase operational efficiency and to reduce NPT as well is drilled
- Assist drilling team in decision making based on analyzed data
- Real-time PPFG monitoring & safe mud window selection
- Lessons Learnt and recommendations for future wells
